U-Haul Holding Co. – UHAL
New Warning.
Early signal of an undisclosed SEC investigation first received on 27-Mar-2025, later confirmed as an ongoing SEC investigation on 18-Jul-2025. Not sure what to make of this. Auditor change in Sep-2023, and internal controls problems 2023-2024. Yet as of Apr-2024, our work found no signs of SEC investigative activity. Added to DI Watch List.
Unisys Corporation – UIS
New Warning.
Early signal of an undisclosed SEC investigation first received on 03-Apr-2025, later confirmed as an ongoing SEC investigation on 18-Jul-2025. Unisys disclosed a cyber investigation that ended in Oct-2024. Previously, Unisys dumped its auditor 17-Mar-2023. Delayed filings, an internal investigation, and internal controls issues were repeatedly disclosed in Nov-2022. Those legacy issues may still be causing SEC problems today. Added back to DI Watch List.
