From John’s Desk
Disclosure Insight is now on Substack! With this transition, I’m introducing a new report format I wish had created a long time ago. It’s called, “From John’s Desk.”
As I sift through countless company filings, I encounter numerous intriguing data points and observations. This report will highlight those findings, along with other random thoughts you may find interesting.
As a reminder, for a limited time, all Disclosure Insight research content is free for subscribers. All Disclosure Insight reports published since January 2025, and some of our older reports, are already available on this platform for free.
Please share this with others. I welcome your feedback and suggestions. - John
DI Watch List - March, 2025
As occurs at the beginning of each month, tomorrow I’ll be sending out the March update to the DI Watch List of companies with confirmed, undisclosed SEC investigations. This is our most popular report.
There’s now 104 companies that have been hiding their SEC investigations from you. 12 new ones were added in the past month.
104 companies is significantly higher than the number of undisclosed SEC investigations we’ve been following in recent years; typically about 75-85. I’m still assessing the implications of this spike and will update you as I learn more.
On Deck
Reports: We have a lot of Early Signals® of possible SEC investigations in the house to get out. Expect them this week. After that, expect another round of of SEC Investigation Update Reports. Probably early next week.
Trump Stuff: Like many, you may find it challenging to keep up with the developments emerging from this new White House. The implications for the SEC may not be on your radar, but they should be. I’ll have a separate note to brief you on that as well.
Today’s “From John’s Desk” was to let you know we’re live here on Substack and what’s coming this week. That’s all for now.
