After nearly fours years of staying silent about it, in May UPS finally disclosed that SEC investigation we had been tracking since Nov-2019, and warned on repeatedly since.

Per the 10-Q filed on a Friday, 03-May-2024, at 4:48 pm EDT, UPS said the SEC is investigating matters related to, and including a goodwill impairment charge recorded during the quarter ending 31-Dec-2020\. The company also says it is discussing a resolution with the SEC, but it does not sound like things are going so well.

With this new disclosure, on 02-Jun-2024, we removed UPS from the DI Watch List of companies with confirmed, undisclosed SEC investigations.

This is your follow-up.
