Disclosure Insight, Inc. is an independent investment research provider located in Plymouth, Minnesota, USA.  Our mission is to help investors better assess the risk of public companies. We believe that every company rests on a foundation. Disclosure Insight assesses the integrity of that foundation.

Our team of about 50 analysts manually researches 5 years of SEC filings and comment letters for each company under coverage. The objective is to find and assess any of 100 different risk factors that have the potential to interfere with fundamentals.

Findings are summarized in a compact 1-2 page D.I. Report® that includes a risk rating ranging from High to Low risk. Detailed analyst notes are also provided to clients. Coverage includes over 1,500 US-registered public companies spanning all market caps and sectors.

We also pioneered using the Freedom of Information Act to uncover undisclosed SEC investigations. Today, we file about 2,500 FOIA requests each year. Those warnings are incorporated into our analysis and D.I. Reports.
