Kodak Loses Third Director This Year - Sixth Since 2007

On 21-Dec-11, directors Adam Clammer (age 40) and Herald Chen (age 41) notified the board of Eastman Kodak Company (NYSE: EK) of their resignations. No explanation was given. These departures make for a total of 6 since the 2007 annual meeting and 3 in 2011. Clammer and Chen were elected to the board in 2009.
These are the other departures that have taken place since 2007:
- Martha Collins (then age 70) did not stand for re-election at the 2007 annual meeting pursuant to the board’s retirement policy.
- Durk Jager (then age 63, an Audit Committee member) did not stand for re-election at the 2007 annual meeting for personal reasons.
- Hector Ruiz (then age 63) did not stand for re-election at the 2009 annual meeting due to the commitments of his new position as Chairman of the Foundry Company.
- Debra Lee (then age 56, a member of the Audit Committee) did not stand for re-election at the May-11 annual meeting for personal reasons.
